Pristine Luxury (“we”, “us”, “our”) ships orders across India and internationally. This Shipping Policy explains our order processing, delivery timelines, shipping charges, and tracking details.
1) Order processing & dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day (next-day dispatch) after the order is confirmed (excluding Sundays/holidays, unless stated otherwise).

During high-volume periods (sales, holidays) dispatch may take longer, and we will notify you if there is a material delay.
2) Delivery timelines (estimated)
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary by pin code, courier network coverage, weather, and local regulations.
Within India: 5 – 20 business days depending on the delivery address.
Outside India (International): 15–20 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.
3) Shipping charges
Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
4) Tracking & delivery updates
Once shipped, we’ll share tracking details via email/SMS/WhatsApp (as applicable). Tracking availability may differ by destination and courier partner.
5) International shipping, customs & duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes (including VAT), and other fees charged by the destination country. These charges are typically the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless explicitly stated at checkout.
6) Address accuracy & failed deliveries
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout. If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address, unreachable phone number, or refused delivery, re-shipping charges may apply.
7) Delays, lost, or damaged packages
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, contact us at support@pristineluxury.in with your order number and we’ll assist. If an item arrives damaged, notify us within [48 hours] of delivery with photos of the package and product so we can investigate with the courier.
